Soft Tissue Joint Dysfunction

In cases where there's a loss of motion (known as joint play), manipulation techniques can be employed to mobilize a joint stuck in a reduced range of motion. During this process, a gas bubble, primarily composed of carbon dioxide, may form and release with an audible pop or crack. This occurs as muscle restrictions or spasms are alleviated, and the joint regains its proper mobility.
