RESTORE YOUR HEALTH....NATURALLY, (THE ONLY WAY BY THE WAY)

STOP:  Before you read this I want you to go back and read and comprehend, not just skim through the pamphlet, RESTORE YOUR HEALTH NATURALLY by Dr.  Howard Loomis. 
Having read that you should have learned among other things the intent of this protocol is three fold: 
 Examine and possibly modify your diet.
 Improve your digestion
 Nourish any stressed organs and tissues


With those three key factors in mind, the following is a nutritional evaluation that has some basic but critical information that will assist me in providing recommendations for your nutritional health.   Dont leave anything out, and try to be precise.


Enclosed is version 6 of the Loomis Institute Signs and Symptoms Survey.  New insights and innovations in the world of enzyme therapy prompt periodic updates and revisions.
Inside on page 5 is the Food Preference Form is important but I found it the most difficult portion to complete when I took this test.  Do your best with the form.  An alternative would be to just write everything down you eat or drink for 5 days in a row.  I will need to review  your typical food intake over five continuous days.   The key,  is they have to be average days, you cant clean up what you eat and have a stellar diet  for five days and go back to your typical junk after you know you wont have to record it!


You will have to be precise.  Sandwich doesnt reveal much.  Four ounce canned tuna fish on toasted whole wheat with three dill pickles and two teaspoons of mayonnaise will be much more helpful. 
The same thing with your liquids:  Pop is not as precise and helpful as recording Large 16 oz.  Frosted Dog-n-Suds root beer


The final pages are groupings of symptoms.  This will help me determine what food types your body may be having trouble processing


I will sit down and do an interview with you and review what you recorded for any needed clarification.   We will do a stress point evaluation where I will assess specific locations on your body to see if they are tender to fingertip pressure.   This examination will be done while you are fasting (not eaten for a minimum of 4 hours) and once again 45 minutes after ingesting 1 tablespoon of food powder which is mixed in water.   This powder is a food with zero enzyme activity.  It contains a balanced amount of protein, lipids, fiber and carbohydrates. 


With this information and the data gleaned from your 24 hour urinalysis, I will be able to make solid nutrition-based recommendations for your general well-being and health.   I will not be making a medical diagnosis nor will I be providing treatment recommendations for a disease process.  MDs treat disease and try to affect a cure.  Instead, together, we are going to hopefully give your body what it needs and get out of the way to allow the innate self-regulating mechanisms  of your body to re-establish a balance point where you can deal with the stress of life more effectively.
